Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. Our address is not a visiting address and is only used for returns.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

  • International deliveries may take 8-12 business days.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver our products to Canada and select international destinations. (Adjust this as needed if you want to mention other countries.)


Exchanges and Returns

What are the return conditions?

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in its original condition, must not be damaged, and must not have any foreign odors.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we will return your product, and a refund will not be issued. Please check this carefully before sending the product back.


How much does a return cost?

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier service and the country you are returning the package from.


Received a damaged or defective product – what should I do?

We are sorry if your order arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer a warranty. Please contact us at support@navoura.com, and we will find an appropriate solution together.
Please remember to attach a photo of the damaged or defective product so we can better assess the situation.
